Add A Note to Your Order

When you add an item to your cart, a page like this appears. Notice “Add a note to your order” above the Subtotal.

 

When you touch or click on “Add a note to your order,” you should get a box with the heading “Special instructions for seller.” This is where you type in your Loyalty Voucher, Gift Certificate or Play Money information.

For in-store pickup orders, you may use this box to indicate special instructions such as preferred pickup time.

We will issue a credit for the amount of the Loyalty Voucher, Gift Certificate or Play Money to your card. It may take three days for the credit to appear on your account depending on your bank’s policy.
